Yes the glucose is low and I would suspect isulinoma. I would check a
nonfasting blood glucose too if this is also low it would be enough to say
that insulinoma is a strong probability. Then you can start to treat with
prednisolone and see how she acts and this can give you more info too. You
could do an insulin level but it may not be necessary. See how things go.
