I'm not a vet but I firmly believe that ferrets get 24-48 hour "bugs." My boy had one
yesterday. He just wanted to lay around. Usually when someone tries to pick him
up he runs away (his game) but yesterday it didn't matter who you were, he just
wanted to be held. He's still a little slow this morning and doesn't want to play with
his sister but he is playing his "catch me if you can" game. He's still got a few
sneezers here and there but he's back up and around. He's currently relocating the
blankets from his cage into the closet so he can take a nap.
