I still would not rule out an obstruction just from x rays. These can be
missed esp if these are partial stomach obstructions like a fur ball. How
old is Sid? When all else fails it is sometimes worth going in to explore
the abdomen and be sure that nothing was missed you could also try
ultrasound but even that is not perfect. If he acts like there is more going
on then there prob is. Also be sure to reeval ulcer treatment and perhaps
try the newer method with Biaxin Amoxi and carafate instead fo Flagyl. Best
