Count on Dr. Sue to notice that! Boy, is she ever right! If both glands were removed cleanly enough or if there is atrophy or temporary suppression of remaining tissue then Prednisolone (Pediapred) and either Florinef or Percorten will be needed to supply some adrenal products which are necessary for life.
