I would try him on some prednisoline and see if it helps at all. You also
need to hand feed him. He is teeth grinding which can be ulcers but can
also be pain, so manage him the best we can. The pred can bring up his
blood sugar which may be low due to his inappetance, but it is also an
appetite stimulant. Hope this helps and best to you.
