To all who wrote, privately and on line offering support and suggestions
concerning my Buddy, thank you from the bottom of his failing heart. I took
him back to our vet early this morning during a breathing crises. By the
time we arrived, his adrenalin had kicked in and he was bright eyed and
bushy tailed. However, Dr is keeping him for another x-ray and blood work.
The shaking may be due to lower potassium, or lower glucose, or both. We did
discuss injectable Lasix, will know more later today. I've given injections
to a parrot (not easy) and a Desert Tortoise, so expect I can give a little
ferret what he needs too. Thank you again, will keep you updated on our
progress.
