Hall's Cough Drops are nothing more than candy. The little thieves probably
had a good sugar high and are now crashing down from that high and the
resulting activity..
It is not going to harm your ferrets, in my opinion. (Providing your little
monsters are healthy) Make sure they have fresh water and food available
and if they are not back to their regular little selves by later this
afternoon or tonight, then call a vet.
