There is a thread running discussing adrenal disease which has some excellent post-op care instructions. The starting message is 9713. I can't really add anything to what you'll find in that thread except to ask about medicines.

You don't mention any medicines. I just went through an emergency intestinal obstruction removal (enormous hairball) at the end of June. My Vet had Harley on Baytril to combat any infection, and carafate (sucralfate) to sooth the stomach. Harley was blocked right at the entrance to the intestine from the stomach. If Snowford's blockage was further into the intestine, the sucralfate may not be of any benefit.
