Wow. That's very strange. I will try dissolving one of the whole
tablets when I get home.... but I really need to find some way to give
it to her besides the syringe.

Seriously, I have NEVER seen an animal throw a fit over nothing like
she does with anything in a syringe (except ferretvite). I can only
imagine the fits and stress would end up aggravating the ulcer badly
enough that it would practically cancel out any benefit from the
Carafate.

Will Carafate work if it's crushed
and mixed with ferretvite, or does it need to be dissolved whole in
water? I will be going on vacation for a month in mid-September, and I
really want her to be over the worst of this before I go...
