That you very much for explaining that! That explains why the crushed
pills didn't seem to be doind a damn bit of good... I will definitely
"bloom" one when I get home.

That's exactly how I do it. I've given meds by syringe to other
ferrets in the past, and I've truly never seen anyone react like this
girl. She's got some fighting spirit, I'll say that for her! ;-)

I doubt she'll take plain water mix without the syringe, and I
*really* want to avoid that if possible... But it sounds like putting
a little drop of something tasty in it shouldn't cause too much of a
problem. I'm thinking I'll try a drop of ferretone or a little
sprinkle of Nupro powder.
