Hi silver ferret,
No reason not to treat and several good reasons to treat
your ferrets for fleas.
All 3 products (Revolution, Frontline and Advantage) are
safe for use in ferrets, even ones with EE or IBD.
The Revolution (5-15lb cat size) may actually help treat
the EE.
