2 distemper shots in this situation; been there.
Idexx Snap 3Dx test may work to see about Lyme *IF* my memory serves; it's what they had us try for Sherman.

I think that if there is a decent chance of existing adult heart worms in the heart that they are supposed to be tested for first, but i could be very wrong. Here is the latest so you can read what is current:
