First of all, has she had a vet appointment including checking her teeth and health?

The worst kit biters we have have had medical problems, two non-dental with very serious deformities, one who had not shed a baby canine and had a terrible abscess as a result (who never bit again to any extent despite any provocation -- even gentle nipping -- after her dental problem was corrected despite having before bitten so badly that she had permanent damage from the people before us beating her), two whose dental arcade were not large enough for their teeth, and one who had erupted a tooth through his palate.

You can see why I rate medical care highly for kits who nip.

For younger ones who do have enough room but are having trouble eruptin teeth I personally swear by Cheweasels and Foamy Fries.
