Subject: Lymphoma or fat pads?

My ferret who was dx with insulinoma feels swollen in the axillary area of his body. I had him in the vets Friday to have his glucose checked, which was in the normal range and I brought the swelling to her attention. She said to keep an eye on it for now, the little guy has put on weight recently so I'm hoping it's just fat and not lymphoma. His sister who has also put on some weight has the same.
Has anyone noticed this with their lymphomic ferrets?
