What type(s) of malignancies (cancers)? I ask because most adrenal growths are not malignant though removing them is usually the best approach because they can have such strong detriment to quality of life, and even quantity of life.

Also, why inoperable? Are they poor surgical candidates?

Are you also using Lupron depots?
