Okay, we have a two year old ferret who was showing signs of a UTI, the main reason we suspected UTI was one of his older brothers had one and is still trying to heal. Well,he went to the vet last Friday and was diagnosed with UTI well Saturday night when we got home his private area was bleeding and looked like it was coming out. Sunday we rushed him to the vet she didn't know what to think but switched him from amoxi to clavamox. Monday he had an ultrasound done and it was normal according to the vet his bladder wall was enlarged and he had some cysts on one of his vital organs. I thought it was on his kidney but my sister said it was on his bladder. However the vet shrugged it off and went out of town till Monday. I don't want to lose my baby is there anything I should do or am I worried over nothing. Also, on a side note the cream she put him on Silvadene, worked really well his private area is almost completely well.
