If you do use ensure it should also be supplemented with Taurine. I agree
we don't have enough info, medications used, if heart disease is totally
ruled out? If no response see if your vet will humor you and try a bit of
Lasix since if it is cardiac it will help clear the lungs and improve
appetite. Age? etc. Moer Info the better people can help. Was Lymphoma
ruled out? Consisder an ultrasound. Anyway hope he starts improving soon.
