Hello Gang,
this is a kinda long post so if u want u can delet this, I want
you all to know that the few weeks ivebeen back here on ths group
this has been the most uplifting and caring group. nowi need to vent
and cry some here.
anyways I run a ferret rescue and adoption
herein Northwest Ark, I have 10 ferrets right now but 5 ferrets are
sp needs ferrets that people have dumped at vets oroutside their
homes cause that are ill or somthing. anyways they have been with
me now and i have taken care of them sence day one when i go rescue
them.
Faroke was just diagnosied with adrenal disease and may have
to have surgey soon. Airess and Robin both have insulinoma, and my
Little man Obie he has lymphoma. now here is where i start crying I
have to decide to have Obie put to sleep by monday, hes had this
lymphoma sence i got him last year hes been onmeds and so far they
have done good with them and there was a couple tims he almost died
but he woud pull thru it and be ok for awhile.
well the last 2 weeks
he kinda been going dowmn hill he has a cage mate who they are very
very close he dont even want her in his cage with him any motre so
ive had to seperate them. he still eats and drinks and still takes
his meds and but hes still not doing to hot, the last few days now
hes done nonthing but follow me around wherever i went he was there
at my feet its like hes trying to tell me somthing i would pick him
up and hold,hug and kiss and talk to him for along time then put him
back down thenhe would follow me around til i put him in his cage
and he wouldlay there with them little eyes just staring at me and
it just breaks my heart seeing him do this, i put robin in his cage
this even ing and he wanted nonthing to do with her but he bite her
and he is a loving sweet ferret and had never done this befor
Imthinking he is telling me hes ready to go, hes getting weaker and
weaker by the day but he still trying to stay there by me.
guys help
me please has anyone had this kind of experance where your baby is
tring to tell you something. he dont seem in pain or suffering he s
only 5 years old...
