In dogs yes pituitary is possible, unlikely in ferrets. I think it is still
adrenal and causing your signs Were the glands rem'd, or just looked at?
It is possible it does not look abnormal outwardly but is. If this is the
case you could try Lupron with him and if you see improvement I would try
surgery again later. Also you could have the panel done to test for adrenal
and this also would help, but I know it can be expensive. Hope you find
your answers.
