If the vet has not rechecked it I would have it rechecked, It might still be
an infection but not responsive the clavamox, could be growth or could just
be a nasty infection and sometimes we just go in and remove all the tissue
so it can heal. Early on I usu recommend Hot compresses for 10 to 15
minutes 2-4 times per day in order to try and get it to drain. If may need
to be opened and reevaluated. All the best.
