Definitely live involvement but strongest index of suspicion points to
Biliary obstruction. I had one get pretty bad, we did surgery and cleaned
out the gall bladder and unplugged the output source and he recovered
beautifully, I was told that most of those seen had been cancer but this
one proved to be a wonderful turn out so don't rule it out and not way to
know for sure but to explore him. Might be able to tell something with
ultrasound but you'd still have to go in and fix it. Hope this helps some
and you find a fixable solution. How old is he?
