Glad to hear it! I read your journal and I was a bit surprised to see that she was fasted starting at 11 p.m. the night before. Is the usual procedure your vet requires? I've never let them go more than 3-4 hours without food prior to surgery. Since the food moves through pretty quickly, this is enough time in most cases.
