If he is really sick from it it may not help, but I am using Actigal and a
red'd fat diet for him. He was only about 2 to 2 1/2 years old. He is an
albino. Don't know if this helps but wish you the best. The lymphocytosis
is sometimes stress related and if he is sick then he is stressed. You need
to decide what to do. If you opt to try medical treatment then you also
need to use liver support, SAMe, Milk Thistle, L-Carnitine, Vitamin E etc.
If he does not come thru it (and I hope he does) and you did not have
surgery done to check then please consider having your vet open him then to
see what it was. This is not a common thing and perhaps we can helps others.
Best of luck to you and your baby. I would not automatically assume
lymphoma either. Best to you both.
Dr. Sue
