Subject: metastasized adrenal carcinomas

hoping someone had successfuly treated this, although I'm
pessimistic based on archive searches..

Bear had adrenal surgery in march, which was a carcinoma,
and ultrasound and diagnostics over a month ago indicates
his cancer has metastasized. he also has heart problems.
combination of heart problems and the tumours has caused
him to have fluid build up, which is being treated with
furosamide. he'd undergone 2 treatments of carboplatin
and 1 of epirubicin, as well as ethanol injections into
5 of his tumours visible under ultrasound. is there anything
else any vets may have tried? if there's no treatment,
what are the signs to watch for.

we are monitoring him by his weight. we assume that he's
getting worse when his weight goes up. his ideal weight should
be around 11-1200g or so, he's at 1400 right now, and his
weight have increased 100g over 4-6 days before. at his
worst he was very bloated, with a very tight tummy that seemed
very uncomfortable.

please respond to my email as well as the list, as I am
not able to check the list often. thank you for any help
you guys can give.
