Yes, I agree with Uli. In such a situation they sometimes need removal if the things the vet tries first don't work after a while. Do know that if that becomes the case that removing them is not an easy operation.

In addition, watch for possible symptoms of adrenal neoplasia.

Have things been greatly upset around home recently?
