I'm not a vet or anything like that, but when Boo-Boo (who is being treated right
now for ulcers) grinds his teeth it sounds JUST like that. In fact, that's the best way
I've heard yet to describe it.

[Moderator's Note: grinding is a response to GI pain or to nausea so ulceration is
among the causes but not the only one.]
