When was the last blood panel done?

If she's acting fine and doesn't fall under the typical description of renal failure, you might want to have the bloodwork done again in case there was a problem with the way the initial sample was handled which will have an impact on the results.

Do you have a copy of the results? Any chance you can post them in detail? "Typically" with kidney problems both the BUN and creatinine are elevated and you've indicated her BUN is just slightly elevated. Though nothing's 100% with these guys, and there's always the exception to the rule.... A vet I highly respect and admire has always suggested doing a second blood panel if the initial one is showing signs of serious illness, just to be sure.
