I use newspaper EXCLUSIVELY when my brats are up and about! I tried
time and time again to use litter pans scattered around; but, for some
reason, my kids always looked at these as personal sandboxes and NOT
liter pans!! They always threw the litter all over the place!!! They'd
use them as they should in their cages, but NEVER when they're out!!
