There are actually a number of things which carry cautions like that at certain levels but not at others.

So... it is important to know in what levels, in which animals, for what duration of exposure, and what kind of exposure.

I guess the thing to do is for someone to spring for the money to ask at one of the sites with vets who specialize in toxicity.poisoning. It might also be useful to look up the websites of the actual agencies themselves.

Right now I am not up to digging into these but at the CDC site a number of things come up which seem to be about how to use this safely.
