Molly's lack of appetite may be from her insulinoma.
One of the symptoms is nausea. You may want to ask
your vet to recheck her blood glucose. She may need a
higher dosage of prednisone or pediapred. If so that
may solve the problem. Most ferrets on pred tend to
gain weight rather than lose it.

There is also a slight chance that Molly is one of
those rare ferrets that doesn't respond to pred at
all. My Pertwee was like that. If so your vet can
prescribe an alternative medication.

Weight loss associated with adrenal disease is usually
muscle wasting, not lack of appetite.

You might want to try the chicken gravy recipe at
http://www.trifl.org/gravy.shtml I've had fantastic
luck with that both in terms of keeping weight on and
in terms of ferrets really liking it.

Good luck!

All the best,
Caity and the fantastic four
