I've noticed it mostly in the girls - and my vet used to think I was nuts
when I would bring in a jill with absolutely no physical signs of adrenals and
tell him I wanted to have surgery done because this ferret had adrenal
disease...but my nose has never been wrong. He still prefers to wait until other signs
present themselves.
