I would like to know of others who have had this problem and what was the outcom. I have a two year old who had this same symptom and swollen vulva that turned out NOT to be an obvious adrenal tumor. The left adrenal was enlarged (was told also that it was somewhat hyperplastic). Now two months after surgery, the hair has only grown back in small tufts, and very little to no hair growth on the abdomen and the right extremity where the IV was placed. I also have been told her hair is thinning, as seen by pink being present on the back and shoulders) and I think that is thinning on her paws because I see the area between the digits more than before.

I have been to the vet this week and the latest recommendation is Melatonin, so will be considering how and when to give this.

Looking forward to a response or other thoughts.
