Hi Kelli,
When I thought I was at this crossroads before with Boo, one of the board members emailed me an article that talks about when or when not to let go. If you would like to read it, I would be happy to email it to you personally. Just let me know. Fortunatley, I ended up hanging in there and my baby pulled through. Entirely different circumstances health wise, though.
