The only ferrets I remember having this type of problem were 4 plus year olds and in the end they had stroke type problems. ( A NY vet did DX as stroke related problems) . Most recovered slowly only to have the problem recurr, finally they were left paralyzed adn had to be assisted across. I woudol investigate cardio or circualtroy problems for one.
