Maybe, maybe not. Does she have any other symptoms ,
such as weight loss, swollen vulva, or aggressiveness?
Has your vet had a Tennessee panel run?

Why lupron? If it's adrenal and the ferret is
otherwise healthy surgery is the only cure. If it's
not adrenal I wonder what your vet thought the lupron
would do. Was she trying to use it as a diagnostic
tool?
In any case, in your position I think I'd ask for a
Tennessee panel to be run if one hasn't been done
already. An ultrasound may also help although not
seeing anything wouldn't rule out adrenal.
