That is a hard question about when to let go with Loci. I dealt with that
this past fall with Katie. some of what I based it on where whether she seemed
to be in pain (she didnt' seem to be except some of the naseau with
insulinoma), and did she seem at times to be contented or out of it (she seemed somewhat
content, especially when I was holding and nurturing her). she died on her
own in a bad insulinoma crash so I didn't have to make the decision to help her
cross the bridge. With Loci, possibly you could pay close attention as to
how he reacts
