The vulvar swelling looks more sheeny and bubbly (If I am seeing the photo right) than a person usually thinks of with adrenal neoplasia, but there is also the fur loss and that combination can make a person think that the ferret's body is gearing up for reproduction if she is not sterilized, or has an adrenal growth if she is sterilized. The head swelling does not fit either scenario.

I am wondering if you might have two things going on here, or if it is all part of one syndrome. Could you, please, answer some questions?

How long did the fur loss take?

Is this ferret whole (able to reproduce) or was the ferret sterilized?

Are you sure that you are seeing an anal swelling rather than a vulvar swelling?
How rapidly did the head swelling appear?

How does the skin on the head swelling under the fur appear?

What tests were done and what were their results?

Did these symptoms appear sequentially or at the same time? If sequentially then which appeared first? Is your area of Indonesia having a problem with increases in some parasites such as mites with the current weather? If so, have there been any signs of those?

Thank you. Hopefully, those questions will help find out what is happening.
