There is no good answer to this. I would say something more intelligent, ex=
cept I have nothing more intelligent. No one can really tell you what decis=
ion to make. So make the best decision you can. Be compassionate and unself=
ish. That can work both ways, so don't take that as a hint of some kind.
But let me give you this tiny peace of mind. No matter which decision you m=
ake you will probably have doubts about it. So remember this. Your compassi=
on and selflessness isn't measured by the end result of your decision. It c=
omes about because you cared enough to make the decision at all. So make th=
e best decision you can and take your peace in that. It's all we can ever d=
o.
