Not all ferrets have enough collateral circulation to surivive ligation. With one exception we have fine results with debulking when there was adhesion. That one did wonderfully on Lupron (and soon became a non-surgical candidate for other reasons, anyway.
If there is clear reason to think that the adrenal is currently free of involvement with the Vena Cava and liver I'd opt for surgery sooner rather than later. I deon't think I'd have mulled it over this long, honestly.
DO be sure that there are Percorten and Prednisolone on board or Fludrocort and Prednisolone on board.
