You really need to know what you're treating before you can pick a drug to use. I would really work on finding a vet who is experienced in treating ferrets. Bloodwork should definitely be done, an abdominal sonogram wouldn't hurt either. Where is the tumor? (ie:Liver? Spleen?) I'm assuming it's not insulinoma because they are usually to small to see on Xray (along w/ adrenal tumors) and you didn't mention the common symptoms. How old is she? Were Echo and Oscar related? If so, was Oscars tumor ever biopsied? Could be a hereditary thing if it's the same.
