Please help if you can, Our moose a 1.5yr old male was fine when we got ho=
me from work then 3 hours later he was in the bottom of his cage and his re=
ar legs wouldn't work. There is no way he could have gotten injured in his=
cage, the longest distance he could have possibly fallen is about a foot.
=

When we noticed him struggeling he had soiled himself and was thirsty, but=
I could find no apparent reason why his hind end was hanging limp. He see=
ms to be unable to move his hind end at all, legs or tail. When we fed him=
some kibble he ate half heartedly and seemed to be gaging a little. We ha=
ve set him up in a hospital cage and he now seems to be eating and dringkin=
g fine but still can't drag himself into the litter pan.
=

We will be taking him to the vet first thing in the AM but any help would b=
e greatly appreciated.
