I just got back from the vet after taking Kiki in for his following visit
from last weeks adrenal surgery. The vet got the pathology report back on
the adrenal glands. When he did the surgery last week, apparently the left=

gland looked fairly normal but the right gland was enlarged. The pathology=

report indicated that the left gland had a malignant tumor, so the right
gland was probably enlarged to try to make up for the left gland. =

My question is how likely is it that the cancer hadn't spread yet? He
really was in more of the early stages of the disease. Is there a good
chance that it hadn't spread, and since the vet took all of the left gland
out, that the cancer is gone too? Or is this something I really can't know=

yet unless he shows other signs?
