Hi Robin,
Good news and bad news. As others have pointed out,
adrenal carcinomas (esp on the left side) rarely spread.
Carcinomas of the right gland can spread to the lobe of
the liver (caudate lobe) that is right below it.
Now for the bad news. The right gland was enlarged because
it has adrenal gland disease too. If your vet did not remove the
right gland also then you are likely to still have the adrenal problem.
