Subject: Weird growth by Tiny's Rectum, plus swollen Vulva

Back in September 2004, some of you may remember my posting a picture of Tiny's swollen vulva. Well, I have another picture of her swollen (again) vulva and she has a weird abscess looking thing by her rectum. She developed the same thing last time, and the vet checked it out during surgery in September and couldn't really find the cause of the abscess looking thing.
Has anyone any knowledge of what this might be, how to treat it and what is causing it?
She is due to get a Melatonin implant within the next week and a half since she isn't a surgical candidate with only 1 remaining Adrenal Gland (right side).
