She sure greatly sounds like she needs her Blood Glucose taken and her meds adjusted for worsening insulinoma.

That sort of presentation can happen with loss of muscularity. Has she been getting less and less active over a pretty long space of time? Pred can also contribute to loss of muscularity. Try the appointment for meds adjustment, then when vet okays if increased exercise aimed at regaining muscle tissue (reducing sarcopenia -- yes, loss of muscle tissue and tone is serious enough to have its own name). Also when vet okays it try massage, esp. of the feet and ankles for this and RoM -- range of motion exercising and limb moving (which can at times be done in a warm bath or out of one depending on preferences though the bath loosens and helps from our experience)
