I am not a vet but I am a vet. tech. Tresaderm is an antibacterial, antifungal, antiparasitc and anti-inflamatory. It contains thiabendazole which is effective against ear mites. When ivermectin is added it's even better. Revolution is great too. There is also a product called Acarexx (contains ivermectin) which is a one time application (if it's a really bad case 2 treatments may be necessary).
