I agree w/ Sukie but a spinal cord tumor or other neurological issue needs to be ruled out too. Not only bec. of the knuckling (the walking on top of the feet) but also bec. you say she seems to be losing control of her bladder/bowels. If glucose is normal I would ask your vet to do a neuro exam and possibly xrays to rule out something other than insulinoma.
