Hi Kimi-
You want to get the fererts to the vets ASAP for a check. While a prolapsed rectum can merely be from diet conversion-- the runny poops may indicate coccidia or another infection which itself could be the reason for the prolapsed rectum.
I am not a vcet - but a shelter volunteer with many years of experience. A vet check is in order to be sure there is nothing contagious!
