Some more knowledgeable people will definitely give you a better answer but I'd prefer the Ringer-lactate, because it more resembles the elektrolyte-composition of the normal extracellular fluids (blood) and the lactate helps prevent/compensate metabolic acidosis. (whereas the higher Chloride-concentration in sodium chloride could cause metabolic acidosis).

Can't you purchase the Ringer's through your vet?
