I know several people have seen this as natural aging, but you may want to consider having your ferret checked for mange mites. My ferret had weird nail growth age and my vet did a skin and nail scraping and found sarcoptes mange mites, commonly known as ferret foot rot. Just a suggestion...

They are thin looking down at her, but wide when I turn her feet.(i dont know if Im making this clear). She has insulnoma and possibly adrenal gland problems. Would either of these be the cause???
